e-Strategy Package

This package focuses on whole school ICT development and in particular strategic development for the senior leadership team. It can include the following elements:

• ICT self review (SRF)
• Software and hardware audits
• An audit of staff skills and training requirements
• Embedding ICT through a creative curriculum
• Assessment and monitoring of ICT
• Making best use of your Learning Platform
• Specialist subject support

The basic e-Strategy package is put together in the following way:

Pre-visit preparation including:

• SLT to complete a whole school ICT self review and submit for analysis prior to visit one
• All staff complete online ICT skills audit

Visit One:
ICT consultant to discuss schools needs: reviewing the initial self review
Evaluate staff training requirements from the audit summaries
Audit hardware and software
Advise SLT on development of ICT to ensure it is embedded in the curriculum

Visit Two, Three and Four:
Depending on the evaluation of the staff audit these 3 visits will be led by one of our Leading Teacher team. Each of our Leading Teachers has a specialist area and the Leading Teacher will be assigned to your school depending on your requirements

Visit Five
This will be led by an ICT consultant and evaluate the progress made by the school with recommendations for future development of ICT.
