Using your learning platform to enhance teaching and learning

We will be running a variety of cluster training sessions across the county during the coming year. They will cover many different aspects of the e-Folio Learning Platform and are free of charge to all e-Folio schools subscribing through Editure.

The first sessions will look at how e-Folio can help to motivate reluctant writers using Blogs and Wikis. Even if you have never used a Blog or Wiki these cluster sessions will explain how to set one up, monitor and get the most out of this innovative way to engage pupils in writing, all in a safe and controlled environment, teaching your pupils the protocols for online posting.  All cluster sessions will take place 4.00pm. - 5.00pm.

Tuesday 28th February 2012 St. Thomas of Canterbury Junior School, Brentwood CM15 9BX		Using MyClasses to maximise the use of e-Folio. This will include using MyBlog and Files Boxes.
Tuesday 27th March 2012 Moulsham Infant School, Chelmsford CM2 9DG		Using e-Folio with Infants.

Forthcoming sessions will include using Parent Portal, MyPortfolio, making the best use of e-Folio. Schools will be emailed dates and session content.
