Q: Can we organise training for our support staff?

A: Support staff often miss out on staff CPD sessions and really benefit from tailored sessions where they work as a group. Training is differentiated according to the skills audit responses. As part of support staff training sessions they will be given a post course task to complete which results in a certificate. This ensures the training is continued especially if the staff are allocated time for this to work as a peer support group. This training works very well in consortiums.

Q: Is there a set amount of training sessions in the e-strategy package?

A: No, the amount of support will be determined by the staff audit summary and CPD planning with the Head teacher.

Q: As a school we are all quite computer literate but we would like to develop our skills in using ICT in Science? Is this possible?

A: ‘One off’ subject specific sessions are available and can be prepared to meet your needs.

Q: How much will training cost?

A: Costs depend on need. As our training is bespoke to you costs vary. Please contact us to plan your training sessions and discuss cost.
