Employment

ICTinspires are always looking for enthusiastic classroom practitioners or freelance teachers to join the Leading ICT Team. The team meet regularly to share ideas and receive training.

What type of support?

It may be delivering Espresso training on behalf of the company or be part of a bespoke whole school ICT improvement plan with personalised face to face training for teachers and assistants to improve embedding ICT across the curriculum.

What does it involve?

Leading Teachers often need to plan and deliver training in schools as a result of a completed audit or discussion of needs. The training focuses on Learning and Teaching and may involve Espresso, E-folio or other curriculum software. Leading Teachers will draw on their own experience and knowledge of classroom successes and share their passion with others for using ICT to teach.

Full training is provided

These blocks of 2 ½ - 3 hour sessions could be inset days, half days or 2 pm – 5 pm sessions, depending on the school’s needs. If you are a serving practitioner, we will need your Head Teacher’s agreement for this outreach work for up to 20 days per annum.

Interested?

As a Leading Teacher we will support you through team training, ensuring you are at the forefront of new ICT initiatives as well as knowledge of new software/hardware etc. We will cover school’s supply costs incurred releasing you in your Leading Teacher role and will pay you a fee per session to cover your time and travel. Freelance Leading Teachers will receive a set fee.

We will endeavour to place Leading Teachers in schools as near to their own school or home as possible to minimise travel.
